Caring Homes is a leading provider of care homes across the UK. Since launch in 1994, they have grown to become one of the most highly respected independent care and support providers in the UK. Their ethos for providing the highest standards of person-centred care and clinical excellence at each of their homes remains.
The brief: “We need a PR firm to uphold our reputation and help build our brand profile on a local basis across the UK. Our care homes run a programme of events throughout the year to keep our residents active and we’d like their local communities to know about the work we do. We also need an Essex-based PR provider to act as a press office for us during busy periods.”
Implementation
On an ad hoc basis, we’re there to take over the press office reins for the Caring Homes team. We’ve supported the PR team during busy periods and whilst team members have been on annual leave. We’ve also run all media relations activity for their annual recognition awards, drafting and issuing national and regional news releases to showcase top talent within the organisation.
